A well choreographed, easily accessible and visually pleasing shopping plaza in the heart of Crowley Lake.

Crowley Lake is a growing, family–oriented community which has needs specific to the current and future size and demographics. In planning a thriving and useful retail plaza, our focus is on cooperative partnerships and investing in the sustainability of the community businesses by making wise and educated choices for with our retailers.

We plan to hand–select businesses with the input we have received from the community and with our leaseholders’ success in mind ~ as that is our success.

We feel that the community has many distinct retail and professional needs, but to work, a store must diversify within parameters to be successful. As an example, this community needs a pharmacy, ice cream parlor, office product, gift and over–the–counter sundry stores. To dedicate one store to each of these needs would not allow for the revenue necessary to sustain each business.

An example store, similar in feel would be the Lyon’s Drug store in Steamboat Springs, Colorado ~ which started in a community of 2,000 people, and remains a huge success. The store has a lunch counter with 10 stools and serve ice cream all day, a small pharmacy with an over–the–counter drug and sundry area, some office products and many nice, sought–after local artisan gifts (jewelry, etc). The key is to diversify in small amounts, then to execute each niche well in one space.

We also recognize the need for public services (post office, etc...), restaurants and professional amenities.  We will work toward making this a useful and beneficial project within our community.
